Part Number 17190: 03 - 04 Cobra Stealth Eliminator System. Designed for Mustang Cobra models equipped with a 4.6L 4 - V Cobra Engine. This system is rated for EFI engines that can produce up to 1,400 Flywheel HP with forced induction or 1,900 Flywheel HP when naturally aspirated on gas. It's suitable for 2003 - 2004 Mustang Cobra chassis having a Cobra Engine, an intake manifold, and an OEM - style 03 - 04 Cobra Fuel Tank. It also includes Aeromotive’s HD Fuel Pump Wiring Kit for limited - duty racing applications. For continuous - duty or street applications, refer to Part Number 17191.
