Product Description

Part Number 14106: 97 - 04 GM LS1 Fuel Rail Kit. These Aeromotive fuel rails offer high - flow performance with 3,000 HP flow capabilities and are super easy to install. They're designed for GM 1997 - 2004 LS1 and 2001 - 2005 LS6 engines. The ORB - 08 ports have compact connections and provide a leak - free seal. With a full 5/8' ID through bore, they can support up to 3,000 HP. They're fully compatible with - 10 AN line when combined with the custom ORB - 08/AN - 10 adapter (Part Number 15641). The full - size ports at each end ensure optimal injector supply and less hydraulic fluctuation. There are additional inlet/outlet ports for plumbing convenience. Made of CNC - machined billet aluminum, they have a great fit and finish. The steel mounting brackets are custom - engineered for each application, providing a solid and durable mounting platform. They come with a red, Type II bright dip anodized finish that looks good and resists corrosion. View Installation Instructions.

Using these Aeromotive fuel rails is straightforward. First, make sure your engine is a GM 1997 - 2004 LS1 or 2001 - 2005 LS6. The rails are 'bolt - on', so you can easily install them with the provided steel mounting brackets. If you want to use a - 10 AN line, you'll need to attach the custom ORB - 08/AN - 10 adapter (Part Number 15641). When installing, pay attention to the ports for proper plumbing. For maintenance, regularly check the connections to ensure there are no leaks. Since the rails have a red anodized finish, avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the protective coating. If you notice any issues with performance or signs of corrosion, it's a good idea to have them inspected by a professional.
