Product Description

Our K-Tuned Strain Gauge Shift Knob functions similarly to our previous Pro-Shift Cut Shifter. It offers a working range that can be adjusted and a set value to cut above and below, allowing you to control the pressure needed to initiate a cut. This setting can be made directly in most high - end ECUs. We also provide a programmable interface, which simplifies the system. You can program it with just a few buttons and recalibrate easily at any time. It's a great choice for those using simpler ECUs without all the advanced options like Kpro or S300. This shift knob is designed for sequential or dog - box transmissions and is not recommended for stock or synchro transmissions. Features include a load cell shift knob, the ability to measure applied force, a programmable 'Safe Range', compatibility with high - end ECUs (such as MoTeC, AEM, Haltech), and an optional programmable interface. It's suitable for all Honda / Acura models.

Using the K - Tuned Strain Gauge Shift Knob is quite straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle has a sequential or dog - box transmission as this shift knob is not for stock or synchro transmissions. If you have a high - end ECU like MoTeC, AEM, or Haltech, you can directly set the working range and cut - off values inside the ECU. For those with simpler ECUs, use the optional programmable interface. You can program it with just a few button presses and recalibrate it whenever you need to. When it comes to maintenance, keep the shift knob clean. Wipe it with a soft cloth regularly to prevent dirt and grime from building up. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the finish. If you notice any issues with the operation, check the connections and make sure the settings are correct. And always follow the manufacturer's guidelines for any more in - depth maintenance or troubleshooting.
