Using this intake hose kit is straightforward. First, make sure your Acura TLX 2.0T is turned off and cooled down. Remove the old corrugated factory inlet hose. Then, install the 4 - ply silicone intake hose from the kit, securing it with the 304 stainless steel worm clamps. Attach the evap purge assembly as well. There's no need to calibrate the ECU, so you can start your car right away after installation. As for maintenance, check the clamps regularly to ensure they're tight. Keep the silicone hose clean and free from debris. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the hose promptly.
