Using your K - Tuned battery tie down kit is easy. First, remove the old battery tie down and any rusty hardware from your vehicle. Then, take the precision - cut 6061 billet bracket from the kit and position it properly over the battery. Attach the 6061 billet hold down rods using the stainless hardware provided, and secure the stainless tray hooks. Make sure all parts are tightened firmly to keep the battery in place. As for maintenance, periodically check the hardware for tightness. If you notice any signs of rust or wear on the parts, clean them gently with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the finish of the billet parts. Also, store your vehicle in a dry place to prevent unnecessary corrosion.
