Say goodbye to the need for an S2000 CMC and adapter! This K-Tuned CMC reservoir mounts directly on your master, eliminating the stock line and remote-mounted reservoir. Crafted from 6061 billet aluminum, it offers the same volume as the OEM. With a custom fitting and double seal, it's similar to the S2000 style. The double o - ring seal guarantees no leaks, and the diaphragm allows fluid movement while preventing air from interacting with the brake fluid. This is vital as brake fluid absorbs water from the air, which can lead to premature clutch fatigue and overheating. You can change this reservoir without re - bleeding the clutch system. Just place an absorbent towel below the CMC to avoid brake fluid contact with paint. Remove the hose clamp at the master cylinder, pinch the line close to the master to hold most fluid. A small amount of fluid may leak from the fitting and line, so be prepared. After removing the hose, take off the fitting on the master. Lubricate the o - rings before installation. Press the fitting into the bottom of the reservoir using a 12mm socket and extension. Use a bit of thread locker on the fitting threads and install the reservoir into the master. Then slowly fill it with new brake fluid. Test the clutch pedal to ensure no air entered the system. Applications include 92 - 95 Civic EG, 96 - 00 Civic EK, and 94 - 01 Integra DC2. Features are 6061 billet aluminum, a K - Tuned engraved logo, and two decal stickers.

Using this K - Tuned CMC reservoir is a breeze. First, make sure to place an absorbent towel under the CMC so that brake fluid doesn't get on your paint. When removing the hose at the master cylinder, pinch the line close to the master to keep most of the fluid inside. There will be a little bit of fluid that leaks, so be ready for it. After that, remove the fitting on the master. Before installing, put a bit of lube on the o - rings. Use a 12mm socket and extension to press the fitting into the bottom of the reservoir. Put some thread locker on the fitting threads and then install the reservoir into the master. Fill it slowly with new brake fluid. Test the clutch pedal to make sure it feels normal and no air got into the system. As for maintenance, keep an eye on the brake fluid level regularly. Check the o - rings for any signs of wear and tear. If you notice any leaks or changes in the clutch pedal feel, it's a good idea to have it checked out right away.
