Using this intercooler is easy. First, make sure to check the O - rings in the factory charge pipe system. If they're torn, dry - rotted, deformed, or your vehicle has high mileage, replace them. You don't need to calibrate the ECU when installing. For a better fit, it's recommended to remove the lower factory intake air box damper. You can either use it with the factory charge piping or pair it with our charge pipe upgrade kit for better performance. If you're using it with V1 charge piping, give us a call or send an email. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the O - rings and the overall condition of the intercooler. If you notice any signs of damage, like leaks or dents, address them promptly. This will help keep your engine running smoothly and ensure the long - term performance of your vehicle.
