Product Description
Part Number 11193: Brushless In-Line A1000 Fuel Pump with Variable Speed Controller. A1000 Performance Plus Advanced Technology. The A1000 offers even more than expected performance. For fuel injected engines, it can handle up to 1300 FWHP in naturally aspirated setups and up to 1000 FWHP with forced air induction. For carbureted engines, it supports up to 1500 FWHP when naturally aspirated and up to 1200 FWHP with forced air induction. It's E85 compatible, though you need to reduce the max FWHP by 30%. It's lighter and quieter than the traditional A1000 pump. It has a reduced current draw at higher EFI pressures and an extended service life in methanol and ethanol. The integral, external brushless controller allows for a clean installation, cooler fuel, and enhanced reliability. It features ORB-10 inlet and outlet ports. It requires a straight 12-VDC to 16-VDC power supply and is not compatible with pulse modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers. Aeromotive’s True Variable Speed Controller has built-in pump speed control via a dedicated 0-5V analog DC input signal. It reduces fuel flow during low engine demand and decreases current draw, minimizing motor heat and environmental impact through reduced fuel recycling. The EFI rated flow is 700 lbs./hr. at 45 psi, 13.5 volts, and the carb rated flow is 900 lbs./hr. at 9 psi, 13.5 volts. View Installation Instructions. Also available as a Drop-In Stealth Module and in Complete Stealth Fuel Cells. Click Here for More Info
Using this fuel pump is straightforward. First, make sure you have a straight 12 - 16 VDC power supply as it won't work with pulse modulated systems or other fuel pump speed controllers. Connect it properly according to the installation instructions. When it comes to performance, keep in mind that if you're using E85 fuel, you'll need to reduce the maximum FWHP by 30%. For maintenance, since it has an extended service life in methanol and ethanol, it's relatively durable. But still, check the inlet and outlet ports regularly for any blockages. Also, monitor the current draw and motor heat, especially during long - term use. If you notice any abnormal noises or a drop in performance, refer to the installation instructions or contact customer support.
