Product Description

The TS3-HDSS kit comes with ACT's top-selling Heavy Duty pressure plate and popular street disc. ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plates use a special diaphragm design. This design boosts the clamp load, reduces deflection, and extends the clutch's lifespan. All diaphragms go through a four - stage heat - treating process for outstanding performance. The pressure plates have precisely stamped covers for rigidity and consistency. ACT's Performance Street discs are made of premium organic materials with a high copper content, which helps in better heat transfer. They also have a steel - backed lining for more burst strength and durability. These discs have less marcel, enabling faster shift actions to match the ACT pressure plates, offering enhanced strength and reliability. This part fits the 1992 - 1997 Lexus SC300 Base and 1988 - 1998 Toyota Supra Base models.

Using this clutch kit is straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is turned off and on a stable surface. Install the pressure plate and disc according to the vehicle's manual. When driving, smoothly engage and disengage the clutch to avoid sudden jerks. As for maintenance, check the clutch regularly for any signs of wear and tear. If you notice strange noises or a decrease in performance, it's a good idea to have it inspected. Keep the clutch clean and dry to prevent damage. Also, avoid overloading the vehicle, as this can put extra stress on the clutch and reduce its lifespan.
