• The Hybrid Racing K - Swap fuel line is a pre - assembled gem that easily adapts your stock fuel system to a K - Series engine.

  Why a fuel line kit for K - Swaps?

  K - Series engines usually come with return - less fuel systems, while most EG, EK, DC chassis use a return system. This kit converts the K - Series engine to a return system, ensuring your engine runs smoothly. Even though there's just one line to the rail, it's still a return - type system as pressure is regulated before going back to the tank.

  The kit includes 3 lines with pre - installed fittings at the ends. You can choose between stainless steel or black nylon lines. The black kit is super popular for its cool, stealthy look, but both work perfectly. It also comes with a banjo fitting for your OEM fuel filter and an adapter for your hard line.

Using the Hybrid Racing K - Series Swap Standard Fuel Line Kit is easy. First, make sure you have all the necessary tools and check that the kit components are in good condition. If you're using it for a K - Series engine swap in a 1992 - 2000 Honda Civic, 1994 - 2001 Acura Integra, or 1993 - 1997 Honda Delsol, start by removing the old fuel lines carefully. Then, attach the pre - installed fittings on the kit's lines to the appropriate parts of your vehicle's fuel system. Connect the banjo fitting to your OEM fuel filter and the adapter to your hard line. When you're done, check all connections to ensure they're tight. Remember, this kit is E85 compatible, but always use fuel that's suitable for your engine. As for maintenance, regularly inspect the fuel lines for any signs of wear, like cracks or leaks.
