Hybrid Racing Fuel Pressure Damper Adatper Fitting (Universal)

Install an OEM Honda fuel pressure damper on your aftermarket fuel rail using this adapter fitting. It comes with one black anodized -8ORB fitting and an E85 - safe O - ring. This fitting works with any -8ORB port on any fuel rail, as long as there's enough clearance. The fuel pressure damper keeps the fuel pressure constant by smoothing out pressure waves from injector opening and closing. Fits OEM Damper Part numbers: 16680 - PZA - L01 (K series Damper), 16680 - PCX - 003 (B Series Damper), 16705 - PD1 - 003 (Damper Crush Washer, required).

Using this adapter fitting is easy. First, make sure there is enough clearance on your aftermarket fuel rail for the -8ORB port. Then, attach the black anodized -8ORB fitting with the E85 - safe O - ring to the port. Next, install the OEM Honda fuel pressure damper onto the fitting. When using, remember that the fuel pressure damper needs to work properly to keep the fuel pressure stable. Always check the damper and the fitting regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues with the pressure or leakage, stop using it immediately and check the installation or the parts. For maintenance, clean the fitting and the damper occasionally. Keep them in a dry place when not in use. Also, always use the required damper crush washer (part number 16705 - PD1 - 003) for proper installation.
