The RIFE Standard IAT / Intake Air Temperature Sensor with 1/8' NPT and M5 Connector is ideal for a wide temperature range from -10 to 335°F. It features ultra-fast response thermistors, 15 times faster and 3 times more accurate than traditional EFI sensors. This ensures precise tune - ups for safer and more reliable vehicle performance. Commonly used in naturally aspirated, intercooled turbo or blower cars, it's also suitable for other vehicle applications. Optimized for accuracy in the 0° - 210°F range. Key features include 1/8' NPT thread, fast response time, high - accuracy readings, in - house machining, a hard anodized CNC machined housing. Note: These sensors are not 100% Made in the USA. Using the RIFE IAT Air Temperature Sensor is straightforward. First, find a suitable location on your vehicle, usually in naturally aspirated, intercooled turbo or blower cars. Make sure the temperature range of the location is within -10 to 335°F for this sensor. When installing, connect the M5 connector as needed. Remember, thermistors don't have a specific polarity, so you don't need to worry about wire color or pin location.
