Product Description

Part Number 11190: In-Line Brushless Eliminator Pump with Variable Speed Controller. This pump offers more than just the expected Eliminator performance. For fuel injected engines, it can handle up to 1900 FWHP when naturally aspirated and up to 1400 FWHP with forced air induction. For carbureted engines, it can reach up to 2300 FWHP when naturally aspirated and up to 1700 FWHP with forced air induction. It's E85 compatible, though you'll need to reduce the max FWHP by 30%. It's lighter, quieter, and draws less current at higher EFI pressures compared to the traditional Eliminator pump. It has an extended service life in methanol and ethanol. The integral, external brushless controller ensures a clean installation, cooler fuel, and enhanced reliability. It features ORB-12 inlet and ORB-10 outlet ports. It requires a straight 12 - VDC to 16 - VDC power supply and is not compatible with pulse modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers. Aeromotive’s True Variable Speed Controller offers built - in pump speed control via a dedicated 0 - 5V analog DC input signal. It reduces fuel flow during low engine demand and decreases current draw, minimizing motor heat and environmental impact through reduced fuel recycling. It has an EFI rated flow of 1,000 lbs./hr. @ 45 psi, 13.5 volts and a carb rated flow of 1,300 lbs./hr. @ 9 psi, 13.5 volts. View Installation Instructions. Also available as a Drop - In Stealth Module and in Complete Stealth Fuel Cells. Click Here for More Info

Using this fuel pump is straightforward. First, make sure you have a straight 12 - VDC to 16 - VDC power supply as it won't work with pulse modulated systems or other fuel pump speed controllers. When installing, take advantage of the integral, external brushless controller for a clean setup. For fuel injected engines, the pump can handle a certain power range depending on whether it's naturally aspirated or has forced air induction. The same goes for carbureted engines. If you're using E85 fuel, remember to reduce the max power it can handle by 30%. Regarding maintenance, it has an extended service life in methanol and ethanol, but keep an eye on its performance. Check the inlet and outlet ports (ORB - 12 and ORB - 10) regularly for any blockages. Also, since it has a variable speed controller, the fuel flow is adjusted according to engine demand, which helps save energy and reduce heat. If you encounter any issues, refer to the installation instructions or click for more info on the Drop - In Stealth Module and Complete Stealth Fuel Cells options.
