Here's a great solution from K-Tuned. In the past, many people damaged the coating on their traction bars when welding custom tabs to mount radiators. Now, you can easily and neatly mount most radiators on your traction bar with these brackets. These stainless steel brackets are ideal for radiator swaps and relocations in K-swaps. They work with competitors' bars as long as they have a 1.5” OD main bar. Just make sure there's enough space for the U-bolt to go around the bar. Mounting a radiator has never been this easy!

Using these K-Tuned RAD brackets is a breeze. First, check if your traction bar has a 1.5' OD. If it does, you're good to go. For Pro-Series brackets, you'll have the extra billet aluminum brackets to install. When mounting the radiator, make sure there's enough clearance for the U-bolt to wrap around the bar. You can adjust the brackets along the bar to fit radiators of different widths. As for maintenance, since the brackets are made of stainless steel, they're resistant to rust. But it's still a good idea to clean them occasionally to keep them looking their best. Also, check the urethane bushing regularly to make sure it's in good condition.
