The Hondata CPR is an outstanding ignition upgrade. It comes with a wiring harness for your coil packs, a coil pack controller, and fly leads to connect to your distributor and ECU. Usually placed next to the ECU inside the car, this retrofit offers many benefits. It provides more spark energy than a single coil, allowing for a larger plug gap and fewer misfires. Individual coils are more durable and less likely to fail compared to the stock igniter and coil. Also, it can drive a CDI controller if you want. Requirements include a US OBDI ECU (not included), a Hondata S300 system (not included, available at SpeedFactory Racing), and 4 x coils, distributor block - off, and coilplate (click HERE!). Remember, resistor plugs must be used. The coils need a retention method. B16A, B18C & F22A engines can use the stock plug cover, while other engines need an alternative (not supplied).
