But Comp Turbo's ball bearing cartridge represents the latest in turbocharger bearing technology, bringing significant performance improvements. Comp Turbo's innovative design and technology have set a new standard for quality, performance, and value! High - performance applications need a turbocharger that can quickly accelerate to build boost pressure. Comp Turbo's patented Triplex Ceramic Turbochargers are the answer. These ball - bearing turbochargers feature a patented triplex ball - bearing design with 99% mechanical efficiency. Due to minimized friction losses, they offer a faster transient response compared to the industry - standard dual ball - bearing system, dramatically improving response times and maximizing power output. Our patented Triplex Ceramic bearing system is housed in a billet aluminum cartridge, making our turbochargers 5 to 12 pounds lighter on average. Our turbochargers are proudly made in the USA and feature the latest R - Line technology. The CTR 7/14 veined billet slim hub extended tip compressor wheel and high - efficiency CTR slim hub lightweight high - flow turbine wheel represent our most advanced rotor technology yet. Features: • Titanium Bullet Nose • Fully Rebuildable/Upgradeable • Anti - Surge Compressor Housing • CTR Compressor and Turbine Wheel • Triplex Ceramic Bearing System The CTR - line compressor wheels have 7 - 14 vanes and use the latest compressor design technology. The R - line design can produce higher boost pressures at high engine speeds and increase engine HP output by up to 15%. They also have minimal leaving velocity, increasing turbine efficiency. Turbochargers are built to order and take 3 to 5 weeks to deliver.


Using Your Comp Turbo Turbocharger: Install the turbocharger following the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure all connections are tight and secure. Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes to allow the oil to circulate through the turbocharger. Once the engine is warm, you can start driving as normal. Notice that the turbocharger will provide more power when you accelerate. Maintenance Tips: Check the oil level regularly. Low oil levels can damage the turbocharger. Replace the oil and oil filter at the recommended intervals. Inspect the air filter regularly and replace it if it's dirty. This helps maintain proper airflow to the turbocharger. If you notice any unusual noises or vibrations from the turbocharger, have it checked by a professional immediately. Also, give the engine a short idle time before shutting it down to allow the turbocharger to cool down. Remember, turbochargers are built to order and take 3 to 5 weeks to deliver.
