K-Tuned presents the most versatile and customizable 8th Gen Civic Si Intake Kit on the market. This kit lets you build an intake system that fits your setup perfectly. It comes in both Short Ram and Cold Air configurations, and you can easily switch between them. First, pick the right throttle body velocity coupler to match your throttle body. Unlike standard silicone couplers, the velocity coupler offers a seamless transition from the piping to the throttle body. We have options for the Stock Throttle Body, J35 Throttle Body, and the ZDX Throttle Body. Then, choose the primary intake pipe size. You can select either 3' or 3.5'. If you go for the 3.5' pipe, you'll need Flashpro and have to switch to a MAP - based tune. For the Short Ram option, you can use a regular filter or our V - Stack. If you prefer the longer Cold Air Intake, you can also choose between our regular filter or the V - Stack and Filter combo. Keep in mind that the V - Stack on the Cold Air Intake won't fit with fog lights due to limited clearance behind the bumper. This intake kit is only for 12 - 15 Civic Si models. It's available in 3.0' and 3.5' piping. Remember, Flashpro or KTuner is required, and it doesn't fit R18 Engines.
Using this intake kit is easy. First, select the appropriate throttle body velocity coupler according to the throttle body you have. Then, pick the primary intake pipe size that suits your needs. If you choose the 3.5' pipe, make sure you have Flashpro and switch to a MAP - based tune. For the Short Ram setup, you can use a regular filter or the V - Stack. For the Cold Air Intake, you have the same filter options. But be aware that if you use the V - Stack with the Cold Air Intake, it won't fit with fog lights. As for maintenance, regularly check the filters for dirt and debris. Clean or replace them as needed to keep your intake system performing well. And always remember that this kit is only for 12 - 15 Civic Si models and doesn't fit R18 Engines, so make sure your vehicle is compatible before installation. Also, having Flashpro or KTuner is a must for proper operation.
