BC titanium retainers are precision CNC - machined from 6AL4V round bar titanium, meeting strict tolerances. They're about 40% lighter than steel and seem stronger. BC advises using these titanium retainers with dual springs only for limited street use (less than 7000 miles per year). Over time, they may wear in a dual - spring setup. Specs: Stem 6.5mm, O.D. 1.037', Step 1 0.786', Step 2 0.563', Inst Ht Stock, Gram Wt 8.5.
