These ProH2K (formerly Sportsman) connecting rods with ARP2000 Fasteners are designed for Nissan VK56 engines. Crafted from aerospace - grade 4340 chromoly steel, BC's high - performance connecting rods are built to handle increased boost, nitrous use, and higher RPMs. Each rod undergoes CNC machining, micropolishing for a smooth surface, and is equipped with Aluminum/Silicone/Bronze pin bushings. They are finish - honed to tight tolerances. Specs include: C - to - C: 6.081', BE Bore: 2.244', BE Width: 0.865', PE Bore: 0.866', PE Width: 0.865', Gram Wt: 590, Torque Specs: 45 ft lbs - 3/8'.
