In 2003, Ford designed a special tank for the 2003 and 2004 Mustang Cobras. It looked ordinary from the outside but had an excellent internal baffling system among OE tanks so far. In late 2011, Ford stopped producing these tanks. Aeromotive saw a chance to reproduce them. We not only offer reproduction 2003 - 2004 Cobra tanks but also modified the production tooling to make the same tank fit all Fox Body Mustangs. We went even further by creating specific A1000 and Eliminator Fuel Pumps that directly bolt onto the top of these tanks. These fuel pumps can fit into our reproduction tank and the factory 2003 - 2004 Ford Mustang Cobras. They are variations of our popular and reliable A1000 and Eliminator Fuel Pumps. Whether you need a replacement pump for your Aeromotive kit or already have a 2003 - 2004 Cobra Tank, these pumps are the ideal choice. It comes with a 100 - Micron Stainless Steel Pre Filter, (1) ORB - 08 Outlet Port & (1) ORB - 08 Return Port. You can install it using the factory mounting flange and use the factory 2003 - 2004 Fuel Level Sending Unit. A wiring upgrade is recommended, and it requires a full return style system. Using the Aeromotive A1000 Stealth Fuel Pump is easy. First, make sure your vehicle is a 2003 - 2004 Ford Mustang Cobra or a compatible Fox Body Mustang.
