Product Description

Part Number 11195: Brushless In-Line 3.5 Spur Gear Pump with Variable Speed Controller. Pro-Series Performance Plus with Advanced Technology. - For Fuel injected engines: Up to 2400 FWHP for naturally aspirated and 1800 FWHP for forced air induction. - For Carbureted engines: Up to 2600 FWHP for naturally aspirated and 2000 FWHP for forced air induction. - E85 Compatible (reduce max FWHP by 30%). - Lighter than traditional Pro-Series pumps. - Reduces current draw at higher EFI pressures. - Has an extended service life in methanol and ethanol. - Features a new integral spur-gear pumping mechanism. - Can operate at 90-PSI continuously and reach up to 150-PSI peak pressure (base plus boost). - Comes with an integral, external brushless controller for a clean installation, cooler fuel, and enhanced reliability. - Has ORB-12 inlet and ORB-10 outlet ports. - Requires a straight 12-VDC to 16-VDC power supply. - Not compatible with pulse modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers. EFI Rated flow: 1,250 lbs./hr. @ 40 psi, 13.5 volts. Carb Rated Flow: 1,350 lbs./hr. @ 9 psi, 13.5 volts. Aeromotive’s True Variable Speed Controller offers built-in pump speed control via a dedicated 0-5V analog DC input signal. It reduces fuel flow during low engine demand and decreases current draw, minimizing motor heat and environmental impact through reduced fuel recycling.

Using this Aeromotive fuel pump is straightforward. First, make sure you have a straight 12 - 16 VDC power supply as the pump requires it. Connect it to your engine following the appropriate inlet and outlet ports (ORB - 12 inlet and ORB - 10 outlet). When using with an E85 fuel, remember that you need to reduce the max FWHP by 30%. Keep in mind that this pump is not compatible with pulse modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers. So, avoid trying to use it with these types of systems. For maintenance, since it has an extended service life in methanol and ethanol, you don't have to worry too much about corrosion if you're using these fuels. But still, check the pump regularly for any signs of wear or damage. The integral, external brushless controller helps keep the fuel cool and the installation clean, so make sure it's in good condition too. If you notice any unusual noises or changes in performance, it's a good idea to have it checked out by a professional.
