Part Number 18051: This brushless Eliminator in - tank fuel pump comes with a variable speed controller. It features Eliminator Performance Plus Advanced Technology. It's a direct drop - in replacement for any Aeromotive Stealth Fuel Cell, suitable for COPO, Cobra Jet or Drag Pak race cars. It's also a great choice when building a 10 - deep custom fuel cell. Key features include: For fuel - injected engines, it can support up to 1900 FWHP for naturally aspirated and up to 1400 FWHP for forced air induction. For carbureted engines, it can handle up to 2300 FWHP for naturally aspirated and up to 1700 FWHP for forced air induction. It's E85 compatible, though you need to reduce max FWHP by 30%. It's lighter than the traditional Eliminator pump, has reduced current draw at higher EFI pressures, and offers an extended service life in methanol and ethanol. It comes with an integral, external brushless controller for a clean installation, cooler fuel, and enhanced reliability. It's quieter than the traditional pump, has an ORB - 10 outlet port, and requires a straight 12 - VDC to 16 - VDC power supply. It's not compatible with pulse - modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers. This product is only legal for sale or use on emission - controlled vehicles when used as a direct replacement part matching OEM specifications. Aeromotive’s True Variable Speed Controller provides built - in pump speed control via a dedicated 0 - 5V analog DC input signal. It reduces fuel flow during low engine demand and decreases current draw, minimizing motor heat and environmental impact from reduced fuel recycling. It has an EFI rated flow of 1,000 lbs./hr. @ 45 psi, 13.5 volts and a carb rated flow of 1,300 lbs./hr. @ 9 psi, 13.5 volts.

Using this fuel pump is straightforward. First, make sure you have a 12 - 16 VDC power supply as it won't work with other power sources. If you're replacing an old pump in an Aeromotive Stealth Fuel Cell, it should fit right in. When using it with E85 fuel, remember to account for the 30% reduction in max FWHP. As for maintenance, keep an eye on the current draw, especially at higher EFI pressures. Since it's brushless, it generally has a longer service life, but still, check it regularly if you're using methanol or ethanol. And most importantly, this product is only legal for emission - controlled vehicles when it's a direct replacement that matches OEM specs. Don't try to use it in other emission - controlled setups. Also, avoid using it with pulse - modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers as it's not compatible.
