Our 90mm and 80mm throttle bodies have been a top choice in the market for drivability, reliability, and leak - proof performance even under high boost pressure. Now, our 72mm throttle body offers similar great features. It's a direct bolt - on for RBC/RRC or aftermarket manifolds with the same bolt pattern, using an o - ring seal that provides a better seal than a gasket. The RBC manifold is ideal for stock to mild builds, offering good flow at a reasonable price. The 72mm bore is the largest you can open an RBC without breakthrough. Similar to our larger throttle bodies, we offer interchangeable inlets in 3' Vanjen (Wiggins Style) and 3' V - Band. The o - ring seal on the inlet prevents leaks even in high - boost setups. The OEM K - Series MAP sensor and IACV are direct bolt - ons, with ports at the bottom of the throttle body for a cleaner look. You can easily change the adapter to switch the TPS sensor from K - TPS to B - TPS. The 5V signal range of both sensors is the same, giving you more options for your intake setup. The throttle cable connects via a fully adjustable throttle rotor with 10 settings. All K - Tuned Throttle Bodies are made of 6061 billet aluminum, with a brass throttle blade and a stainless - steel, center - less ground, throttle shaft. They're leak - tested to 90psi and 100% North American made, along with all raw materials. Applications: Fits on any cable - driven K - Swap car with RBC/RRC intake manifold (or same bolt pattern). Bolt Pattern - RBC/RRC. Notes: Use our K - Tuned Throttle Cable with K - Tuned TB's as the stock cable is usually the wrong length. It won't fit on DBW cars like 2006+ Civic. You must use K - Series MAP sensor and IACV. The add - on is only for TPS applications, and no sensors are included.

Using the K - Tuned 72mm Throttle Body is straightforward. First, make sure you have an RBC/RRC intake manifold or an aftermarket one with the same bolt pattern. If you're using it on a cable - driven K - Swap car, it should fit right in. When installing, use our K - Tuned Throttle Cable as the stock one may not be the correct length. The OEM K - Series MAP sensor and IACV are direct bolt - ons, so just attach them to the ports at the bottom of the throttle body. You can easily switch the TPS sensor by changing the adapter. Remember, this throttle body won't fit on DBW cars like 2006+ Civic. As for maintenance, since it's made of 6061 billet aluminum, it's quite durable. Check the o - ring seals regularly to ensure there are no leaks, especially if you're running a high - boost setup. Also, make sure the throttle shaft is clean and lubricated for smooth operation. And always keep in mind that no sensors are included, so you'll need to provide your own K - Series MAP sensor and IACV.
